Responsibilities

Your work consists of the following key tasks:

• Support where possible in streamlining management processes;
• Work on 2nd/3rd line incidents, non-standard changes and problem support regarding existing or new systems to be implemented within agreed Service Level Agreements;
• Proactively perform health checks on the system environment in which the customer applications run and, if necessary, you prepare and implement corrective measures;
• Advise customers when setting up new environments/services;
• Maintain and update management documentation and CMDB;
• Scripting of standard system management activities.

What we offer

You will receive from us:

• Work week: 36 to 40 hours.
• Working day schedule: flexible between 8:00 AM and 18:00 PM – The company is from the Netherlands and therefore the work culture is one of flexibility.
• The company’s office is located in the Netherlands, but your work will be organized remotely.
• The company guarantees training and development – you will receive a training budget. This budget is spent on relevant training courses as agreed between the director and the employee. This can be training to support the current role, but also to prepare the employee for a future role. We always look for a balance between the desires of the employee (this is his/her career) and the needs of the company.
• Compensation package: Business laptop with Admin rights, business phone with subscription.
• Social package: Paid vacation (1 month’s salary); Paid sick leave; Medical insurance.

Salary: Rate – $2,500 – $4,000 (depending on your qualifications)
+ additional bonuses (percentage of annual salary)

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

This is what you will need for productive work:

• Complete higher education in the field of IT, complemented by relevant certificates in your field of expertise.
• Work experience: at least 5 years of relevant work experience with Windows.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Active Directory, Office365, Windows 10/11, Microsoft SQL and/or PowerShell.
• Team player who is naturally focused on sharing knowledge and who speaks easily about his or her field of expertise.
• English in speech and writing at a professional level (!)
